The gym has a wide range of cardio equipment, a large selection of weight assisted machines, plenty of free weights and dumbbells up to 45kg.

Feel free to pop in and have a look around at anytime, no appointment necessary.

Tues 8am  -  8pm

Wed 8am  -  8pm

Thurs 8am  -  8pm

Fri 8am  -  8pm

Sat 9am  -  6pm

Sun 10am  -  4pm

We have separate men's and women's changing rooms with lockers, toilets, showers and hairdryers available.  Towels are available to hire.

We also sell a range of training accessories such as gloves and straps as well as protein drinks/bars and pre-workout drinks.

We also provide a social area with sofa’s and magazines where you can relax after your workout.

All new members will be required to fill out a health questionnaire to join the gym.

Inductions will need to be booked in.
