Appropriate gym clothing MUST be worn in the gym.

 

· No shoes, work boots, sandals or flip flops

· No cargo trousers, work trousers or jeans to be worn when training

Different payment options are available to suit you:

 

1.  Membership options*:

· 4 weeks: £30.00 (unlimited use)

· One week: £10.00 (unlimited use)

· Pay and go: £3.90 per session

· Students and OAP’s: £3.00 per session

 

2.  No membership options:

· Guest pass: £6.00 per session

· Cosgrove Guest House customers: FREE

(£3.90 during peak times**)
